The Daily Deskhenge:

Good afternoon, friends! Today’s deskhenge is a quickie about what’s hidden and what’s revealed. The card representing what’s hidden (on the left, the 9 of Pentacles) represents discernment and good judgment. Trust your gut and don’t second-guess yourself. You have more wisdom and qualities of judiciousness than you realize. Yes, yes, occasionally that bird *will* poop on your hand. There’s no way around that. But you’re wearing gloves, and the poor bird’s gotta go sometime–and besides, what do you think fertilizes all those vineyards? So don’t sweat the little mishaps. Today’s bird poop is tomorrow’s multimillion dollar wine harvest.

The card representing what’s revealed is the 8 of Cups, on the right. I swear, the first thing that came up for me when I looked at this card and thought, “What’s revealed here?” is “Clean up after yourself before you leave.” Things are changing, you’re moving on, and a new part of the journey is getting ready to begin for you. So clean up after yourself. Take care of any loose ends, return items you’ve borrowed, clear your space and your energy, and get rid of anything you no longer need.
