The Daily Deskhenge:

Gather your resources close today, friends, and turn inward. The last of the trio of eclipses is happening tomorrow, and this time, it’s the sun that is being hidden (although I’m not sure the eclipse will be visible from where I live). The Hermit counsels using your inner light to see by, and trusting your own wisdom and forethought. Ariel (an archangelic badass) counsels courage in facing the darkness. Breathe, have faith, and face That Which Goes Bump In The Night, the Great Unknown, the Nameless THAT who is the divine. I read recently that according to the Kabbalah, God is infinite and unknowable, because to name God is to limit God to that name. The cards today reflect this idea, and how scary it can be for the human animal to face that abyss of unformed Sacred Presence.

So be brave, gather up your treasures and resources like you would if you were a girl or boy scout, and head off into the dark. Be curious. Explore the wilderness that is the unknown You.
