The Daily Deskhenge:

Well, now, here we have another comer to the party! Let’s add some extremely basic astrology to the overall Deskhenge (because I’m only just learning about it and don’t entirely know what I’m doing tra la) and see what we come up with. First, there’s Horus over there to the left being all hawk-y and flying above it all and just knowing everything. His wisdom here is about trusting your vision and being cool with the big picture. Above the Deskhenge is the Ace of Pentacles/Coins, which I tend to read to be about that seed of an idea that is going to blossom into major bank on down the road; it’s the God seed, the fiery beginnings of a grand idea that comes in through our connection to Divinity. As for the astrology piece, the Moon is currently in Pisces, our watery fishey friends, and in the fourth house which is the house of home, security, intimacy, and family.

So what do we say when we see all this? Holy crap, girl, that’s a lot of desk space you’re taking up with this?? 😉 Ok, yeah, you could say that. But what I’d prefer to say is that now is the time to be paying CLOSE attention to what’s taking up space in your most intimate heart. What are you putting all your energy into? To whom are you devoting yourself? Because there are gifts being made available to you that perhaps need a little tending. Are you not seeing that? Are you allowing yourself to be deceived by shadowy forces that want you to stay miserable and feeling worthless and lonely? Those forces need to get kicked to the curb, and PRONTO! Your heart is sacred space, my friends, the seat (in my opinion) of whatever Grand Divinity created us and chooses to live with us. Look around at what’s in your heart. Does everything that’s in there deserve to be there? Maybe some stuff that’s just taking up space needs to go into storage or even given away, with love, so that it can continue on its journey and leave you with more space for loving what truly matters to you. Take a good long look at the big picture of your heart. What do you see?
